Tight buffer pay-off,can hold 1~24 tight buffer bobbins.It is active pay-off driven by AC frequency invert motor.the tension is specially designed to satisfy different process technology requirements.

Tight buffer pay-off cage,rotating type,it has 12,24,36 pay-off bobbins of each cage section.It is active pay-off type,the bobbin is driven by AC servo motor,the tight buffer tension is controlled by load cell.It is equipped with protecting cover.

Parallel yarn pay-off, is active type with tension unit.The line can be equipped with 4~24 bobbins payoff. The tension can be adjusted by changing the counterweight.

Rotating yarn pay-off,can hold 6, 12,18,24 bobbins,the tension can be controlled by magnetic brake or electric hysteresis brake or motor.It has yarn breaking alarm system. The tension can be set and adjusted on touch screen.

The extruding system,equipped with plastic material loader,de-humidifier hopper and plastic-color unit.It has melt pressure and temperature sensor with safety valve.The extruding output,melt pressure,temperature and plastic color output can be set on screen.It is equipped with high quality crosshead.

Electrical control system adopts PC+PLC+WinCC +Profinet control mode.There are main control menu,report menu,alarm menu etc.It can give out all kinds of graphic curves.All technology data can be set and operated on screen through man-machine dialogue.The whole line can be controlled collectedly and individually.

Take-up,can be single traveling take-up,dual automatic take-up or two sets individual take-up.We can specially design take- up as customer required.
