Extruding group,it can be used for extruding LSZH,HFFR,PE etc.It is equipped with plastic material loader,de-humidifier dryer hopper.It has melt pressure and temperature sensor with rupture disc.The extruding output,melt pressure,temperature and plastic color output can be set on screen.It is equipped with high quality crosshead.

Wheel capstan,adopt wheel press belt type. The wheel is driven by AC frequency invert motor.

Automatic take-up with film wrapping unit,automatically load and unload reel, automatic wrapping film without operator intervention.

Take-up,can be single auto-traversing take-up,dual automatic take-up or two sets of individual take-up.We can design special take-up as customer required.

Electrical control system adopts PC+PLC+WinCC+ Profinet control mode.There are main control menu, report menu,alarm menu etc.It can give out all kinds of graphic curves.All technology data can be set and operated on screen through man-machine dialogue.The whole line can be controlled collectedly and individually.
