The furnace power supply own high accuracy temperature control characteristic.

High speed drawing cooling system adopts 12m sealed cavity full of Helium gas to cool fiber.

Gas and water cabinet used to provide induction furnace,cooling tube,coating system,curing furnace,precision protecting gas and water.

UV furnace adopts mercury lamp or LED UV curing furnace,it can get very high curing speed.The fiber coating system can use wet-to- dry or wet-to-wet type,it adopts high quality coating die.

Automatic dual take-up,it can hold different take-up reel size,it can automatically change reel at high speed with high successful capturing rate.The unit can hold 200km,500km or 1000km reels.
