Application
The tower is designed for drawing and producing various kind special fiber,irregular rods &tubes &sheet,such as PANDA polarization-maintain optical fiber,all kind X-doped fiber,photonic crystal optical fiber,large diameter core optical fiber,metal-coated optical fiber,energy transmission fiber,passive fiber,anti-radiation optical fiber,hollow core optical fiber,quartz canaliculus,abnormity tube for photoelectrical parts etc.Tower compose of A line and B line,A and B line have different configuration.

Preform feeder and furnace, special design with rotating preform feeder and high efficient graphite furnace.
Compact graphite furnace,adopts grid graphite heating element,laser temperature sensor and temperature control instrument.
Medium temperature furnace, used for the research and development of soft glass optical fibers such as silicates, phosphates,tellurites,and multi-component sulfides.
Coating system adopts two times Wet-to-Dry pressure coating,coating die and mold are of superior quality.
Auxiliary capstan adapts double motor caterpillar,it can meet the requirement of fiber auxiliary drawing and micro- tube,micro-rod drawing.
Dual take-up used for high-speed fiber winding with on-line reel switch function and high-quality fiber traversing.
Water and gas cabinet:Using water and inert gas to protect preform clamps,graphite furnace bodies, furnace upper and lower covers, furnace electrodes,etc.from being burned out by high temperatures.
