Application

The line is used for extruding all kinds of optical fiber cable sheathing, such as stranded loose tube cable, unitube cable, figure 8 cable, ADSS cable, and buried/duct/aerial cable. The extruding material can be PE, PVC, Nylon, HFFR etc.

Line configuration

It is portable type pay-off and take-up. The reel is driven by AC frequency invert motor. The reel is lifted and clamped by AC motor. The traversing unit is driven by AC servo motor with good quality traversing. The tension can be controlled by dual wheel tension unit.

It is yarn server, it can be 6-24 bobbins.The yarn tension can be controlled by magnetic powder brake or hysteresis brake. It owns yarn breaking alarm. It is equipped with protecting cover. The tension can automatically adjust with yarn diameter changing

It is steel tape pay-off, it can be rotating type or individual dual pay-off. The tension is controlled by magnetic powder brake.

It is tape accumulator, it can hold 200m length tape for operator connecting tape easily.

It is steel tape corrugator with dual driven corrugating roller,the corrugating depth can be adjusted.

It is tape forming device, it can be used for steel tape and aluminum tape. The forming quality is very good, forming speed is high and stable. It consists of tape and cable core guiding roller, preforming mould, forming mould, and fixing diameter mould.

The extruding system can produce single layer and dual layer cable,color stripe and figure “8”type cable. It is equipped with plastic material loader,de-humidifier dryer hopper and mast batch plastic-color unit. It has melt pressure and temperature sensor with safety valve.The extruding output, melt pressure,temperature and plastic color output can be set on screen. It is equipped with high quality crosshead.

It is hot foil metering marker, The tape pay-off is driven type,the speed can reach 150m/min high speed.

It is caterpillar with dual driving wheel, it has different pulling force type Caterpillar.

It is accumulator with 200m length cable and different diameter guiding pulley, it is used for changing the reel during line running without stop.
