SZ Stranding Line for Optical Fiber Loose Tube
Application
This line is used for stranding optical fiber loose tube. It can strand Φ0.9mm-Φ10.0mm loose tube elements. It can strand single layer or dual layer elements.

It is portable type pay-off and take-up. The reel is driven by AC frequency invert motor. The reel is lifed and clamped by AC motor. The traversing unit is driven by AC servo motor with good quality traversing. The tension can be controlled by dual wheel tension unit.
It is SZ stranding unit, it is multi-discs structure, all rotating discs are driven by several AC sever motor system. It has zero position re-store function. It has over-turn protecting function and protection cover.
It is loose tube pay-off. The reel is driven by AC frequency invert motor,the reel is lifted by AC gear motor,and the reel is clamped by pneumatic cylinder. It is equipped with one tension control unit.
It is concentric cross-binder, the yarn bobbin and its tension are driven by AC servo motor system, the yarn tension can be controlled very accurately with yarn diameter changing. Each side has spare yarn bobbins for changing use. It has temperature and vibration sensor to supervise the binder running. It is equipped with protection cover with locking system.
It is swellable tape pay-off and single yarn binder. It is equipped with tape forming device. The binder can tie the forming tape firmly through the whole cable length.
It is anti-torsion caterpillar, it can hold the SZ stranding loose tube to avoid stranding angle loosening.
Electrical control system adopts PC +PLC control mode. The line control soft can use Kingview, Wince, etc. There are main control menu, report menu, alarm menu etc. It can give out all kinds of graphic curves. All technology data can be set and operated on screen through man-machine dialogue. The whole line can be controlled collectedly and individually
It is dual wheel type, it is driven by AC frequency invert motor. It can give out stable and strong pulling force. It is equipped with one metering unit.
