The line is used for extruding all kinds of FTTH drop cable. The extruding material can be LSZH,HFFR etc.

Line configuration

Steel wire pay-off, it is active type. The reel is driven by AC frequency invert motor, the reel is lifted by AC gear-motor, the reel is clamped by pneumatic cylinder. It is equipped with a tension unit.The tension unit can control the pay-off synchronizing with the line speed.

Extruding system, it can be used for extruding LSZH, HFFR etc. It is equipped with plastic material loader, de-humidifier dryer hopper.It has melt pressure and temperature sensor with rupture disc. The extruding output, melt pressure, temperature and plastic color output can be set on screen.It is，equipped with high quality crosshead.

FRP wire pay-off, it is driven type, the line is equipped with two sets of pay-off unit. The reel is diven by AC frequency invert motor with a tension unit.

Wheel capstan, it is wheel press belt type. The wheel is driven by AC frequency invert motor.

Cable anti-vibration holder, it can fix the cable into the flat groove to avoid cable vibration and get high quality printing. It can give out accurate synchronized metering coder to Ink jet printer.

Take-up, it can be single auto-traversing take-up, dual automatic take-up or two sets of individual take-up. We can design special take-up as customer required.

Electrical control system adopts PC +PLC control mode. The line control soft can use Kingview,Wincc, etc. There are main control menu, report menu, alarm menu etc. It can give out all kinds of graphic curves. All technology data can be set and operated on screen through man-machine dialogue.The whole line can be controlled collectedly and individually
